“I was hesitant to become an art history major because I was intimidated and alienated by the classes that I was a part of every week. When I heard about museum studies I didn't know what to expect, but it soon became the missing piece to tie together all of my interests.  Through museum studies, Monique was able to do an incredible job of weaving together several disciplines to create inspiring class discussions. I’ve taken both “Curator in the Museum” and “Museum Anthropology” and they have been the best classes I’ve taken at Bryn Mawr. Museum studies has continuously pushed me to think bigger than myself to find the critical connections between all of my academic and career interests.”
