Alicia Peaker came to Bryn Mawr in 2016. She holds a Ph.D. in English from Northeastern University and a B.A. in English: Literary Studies from Eastern Washington University. Before coming to Bryn Mawr, she completed a Mellon CLIR/DLF Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Digital Liberal Arts at Middlebury College. She has also served as the Co-Director of Our Marathon: The Boston Bombing Digital Archive, the Project Manager for The Women Writers Project, and has consulted on dozens of digital humanities and digital liberal arts projects. Alicia's current research interests include exploring ways of digital modeling the natural worlds of novels.
