Christina Rose started working at Bryn Mawr in September 2011 to develop and coordinate the college's new Community College Connection, which recruits and supports transfer students from local community colleges. In addition to that role, she now serves as the primary dean for transfer and McBride students.
Prior to Bryn Mawr, Christina worked at Swarthmore, Haverford, and University of Pennsylvania advising students and helping them reach their academic and personal goals. She did her undergraduate work at Swarthmore College and recently completed her Ed.D. at University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education.
Christina lives in Havertown with her children, Phoebe and Isaac, and their dogs Libby and Marble Rye. In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, yoga, crocheting, and sampling new restaurants.
