Jennifer Prudencio brings over 10 years of experience in selective liberal arts institutions to Bryn Mawr. As the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Internships, Jennifer oversees recruiting initiatives and engages with employers and alumnae/i interested in hiring Bryn Mawr students. She also manages LILAC summer internship funding & related programming.
She has worked at Princeton University and Columbia University in the City of New York, having gained extensive experience in advising/counseling, internship development, college recruiting, and program management. Jennifer completed the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs in 2006, where she consulted on a variety of projects in union organizing, government, nonprofit, corporate, education, and political campaigning.
Her passion for higher education began during her undergraduate years, where she graduated summa cum laude at Saint Louis University in Psychology and Sociology. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Jennifer enjoys traveling, volunteering with the Asian American community, hip hop and cultural folk dancing, and finding creative ways to hide vegetables in her kids' foods.
