The Department of Economics invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, beginning or advanced Assistant Professor position to begin August 1, 2018, in the above fields with a focus on U.S. domestic social policy. In addition to courses in the area of specialization, the successful candidate will teach a one-semester introductory course and either statistics or econometrics. Candidates must have teaching experience, evidence of research potential, and have completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. in economics by the start date. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to research and teaching excellence in a liberal arts environment.
