Department of Chemistry: Two Positions in Organic Chemistry
Teaching Postdoctoral Fellow
The Bryn Mawr College Department of Chemistry has two open positions in organic chemistry for the 2018-19 academic year: (1) a full-time Interim Instructor/Lecturer to teach organic chemistry; (2) a Teaching Postdoctoral Fellow. Both positions would begin in August 2018 and have the expectation that a Ph.D. will be earned by the start date. The Interim Instructor/Lecturer would teach one section of organic chemistry each semester in the prestigious post-baccalaureate pre-medical program, along with supervising the teaching of several lab sections with both undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students. The Teaching Postdoctoral Fellow is a combined teaching and research fellowship with the expectation that the candidate would teach two courses, and conduct research in Prof. Bill Malachowsk’s labs (http://malachowski.blogs.brynmawr.edu/).
