Monday, Dec. 17, 11:47 p.m. | Fire Alarm, Aelwyd
Officers responded to Alewyd, Cambrian Row, on the report of a fire alarm activation. Investigation determined the alarm was caused by overcooked food.

Wednesday, Dec. 19, 4:17 a.m. | Medical, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to Rockefeller Hall on the report of an ill student. The student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Wednesday, Dec. 19, 9:23 a.m. | Medical, Park Science
Officers responded to Park Science on the report of an ill student. The student was transported to the Health and Wellness Center for evaluation and treatment.

Thursday, Dec. 20, 9:40 p.m. | Psychiatric Emergency, Bryn Mawr College
A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Friday, Dec. 21, 9:35 a.m. | Medical, Applebee Barn
A Campus Safety Officer responded to the path by Applebee Barn on the report of a student who had fallen. The student was provided first aid by the officer.

Wednesday, Dec. 26, 9:38 p.m. | Water Leak, New Dorm
While on routine patrol, a Campus Safety Officer discovered leaking water from a hot water machine in the kitchen. Water was turned off; Facilities Services on-call mechanic responded.

Friday, Dec. 28, 9:25 a.m. | Alarm, Canaday Library
Officers responded to Canaday Library on the report of an intrusion alarm. Investigation determined the alarm was tripped by a staff member.

Saturday, Dec. 29, 8:22 a.m. | Property Damage, English House
Officers responded to English House on the report of a broken window. Investigation determined the broken window was caused by a fallen tree branch. Facilities Services on-call mechanic responded and the window was repaired.

Monday, Jan. 7, 1:17 p.m. | Animal Incident, Rhoads Beach
Officers responded to Rhoads Beach on the report of a subject walking two unleashed dogs. The subject was informed that all dogs must be leashed at all times. The subject and his dogs were escorted off campus.

Thursday, Jan. 10, 4:40 p.m. | Information, Off Campus
Campus Safety Dispatch received information that a wallet belonging to a Bryn Mawr College student had been found in Washington, D.C. The person that found the wallet will take it to the local police station.

There were no other significant incidents to report.

Monday, Dec. 10, 4:29 p.m. | Medical, Campus Safety
An officer responded to the Campus Safety Office to transport a student to Bryn Mawr Hospital for testing. At 5:30 p.m., the student was transported back to the campus.

Tuesday, Dec. 11, 10:30 a.m. | Medical, Pembroke East
An officer transported an ill student and a friend to Bryn Mawr Hospital from Pembroke East. The RLC was notified.

Tuesday, Dec. 11, 10:50 p.m. | Odor, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to Rockefeller Hall for the report of the odor of marijuana. The source of the odor could not be determined.

Wednesday, Dec. 12, 4:37 a.m. | Psychiatric Emergency, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to the report of a student in crisis. After officers evaluated the student, the student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for treatment.

Thursday, Dec. 13, 2:30 a.m. | Medical, Merion Hall
Officers responded to Merion Hall for an ill student. The student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Thursday, Dec. 13, 1:24 p.m. | Well-Being Check, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to Rockefeller Hall to check the well-being of a student. The student was found safe.

Thursday, Dec. 13, 4 p.m. | Lost Property, Campus
A student reported losing her wedding ring set. The rings were possibly lost in the area of Park Science Center or New Dorm Dining Hall.

Thursday, Dec. 13, 5:35 p.m. | Medical, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to Rockefeller Hall for an injured student. The student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Thursday, Dec. 13, 8:40 p.m. | Medical, Erdman Dining Hall
Officers responded for a student who was bleeding inside Erdman Dining Hall. The student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Friday, Dec. 14, 2:07 a.m. | Psychiatric Emergency, Erdman Hall
Officers responded to Erdman Hall for a student in crisis. It was determined the student needed to be transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for treatment.

Saturday, Dec. 15, 1:22 a.m. | Odor, Rhoads Hall
Officers responded to Rhoads Hall for a burning odor. No odor was detected at that time.

Saturday, Dec. 15, 12:08 p.m. | Medical, Erdman Hall
Officers responded to Erdman Hall for a student in crisis. It was determined the student needed to be transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for treatment.

Sunday, Dec. 16, 12:52 p.m. | Medical, Erdman Dining Hall
Officers responded to Erdman Dining Hall for a student worker who had cut her finger. A bandage was placed on the injury and the student worker was transported to the Health and Wellness Center.

A student reported information regarding her iPhone that had been stolen at an off-campus location. Lower Merion Police responded and a report was filed.

Tuesday, Dec. 4, 10:30 a.m. | Information, Bryn Mawr College
A student reports unwanted contact from a family member.

Tuesday, Dec. 4, 10:50 p.m. | Psychiatric Emergency, Bryn Mawr College
A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Wednesday, Dec. 5, 10:38 p.m. | Odor, Brecon Hall
Officers responded to Brecon Hall on the report of an odor of natural gas. Officers detected an odor in a student’s room although it was determined not to be natural gas. The student was advised to relocate for the night; Facilities Services notified.

Thursday, Dec. 6, 9 a.m. | Theft from Building, Collier Library
A student reports the theft of her wallet from Collier Library.

Saturday, Dec. 8, 11:15 p.m. | Alcohol, Merion Hall
Officers responded to Merion Hall on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, will have a friend stay with her for the night.

Sunday, Dec. 9, 5 p.m. | Information, Off-Campus
A student reports the theft of her wallet from an off-campus location. A report was filed with Lower Merion Police.

There were no other significant incidents to report.

Suspicious Odor | Rockefeller Arch

Officers responded to Rockefeller Arch on the report of an odor of natural gas. Area checked; the Officers were unable to detect any odor.

Vehicle Booted | Merion Lot

An unregistered vehicle was booted in the Merion parking lot when it was found to have numerous unpaid parking citations.

Suspicious Odor | Rockefeller Hall

Officers responded to the exterior of Rockefeller Hall on the report of students smoking marijuana outside of the residence hall and the smoke entering the building. The Officers spoke to two students outside who left the area shortly thereafter.

Medical Transport | Denbigh Hall

A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Medical Transport | Erdman Hall

A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Suspicious Circumstance | New Dorm/Pem West

Officers responded to New Dorm and Pembroke West on the report of an individual attempting to gain access to the buildings. The individual, identified as a Haverford student, had left the area prior to the officers’ arrival.

Damaged Property | Park Hall

A staff member reports damage to a table in the atrium area of the building.

Monday, Nov. 9, 5:05 p.m. | Psychiatric Emergency, Health and Wellness Center 
A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment. 

Wednesday, Nov. 14,  6:46 p.m. | Information Received, Schwartz Gym 
Officers responded to the Schwartz Gym on the report of an unknown individual at the outside of the pool area. The subject was located outside of the building and identified as the father of a visiting swimmer. 

Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2:39 p.m. | Medical Transport, New Dorm 
A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment. 

Thursday, Nov. 15, 8:17 a.m. | Vehicle Booted, Rhoads Drive 
A vehicle was booted on Rhoads Drive when it was found to have numerous unpaid parking citations. The boot was removed upon payment of the citations. 

Thursday, Nov. 15, 12:44 p.m. | Dalton Hall, Medical Transport 
A student was transported to the Health and Wellness Center for evaluation and treatment. 

Thursday, Nov. 15, 1:51 p.m. | Park Science Building, Medical Transport 
A student was transported to the Health and Wellness Center for evaluation and treatment. 

Friday, Nov. 16, 3:38 p.m. | Schwartz Gym, Medical Transport 
A student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment. 

Saturday, Nov. 17, 2:26 a.m. | Wyndham, Disturbance/Disorderly Conduct 
Officers responded to the area of Wyndham on the report of a fight. The subjects (students from a nearby college) were located. Two vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed were observed in the area. Lower Merion Police were contacted. Upon police arrival, all parties had left the area. 

Saturday, Nov. 17, 9:59 p.m. | Alcohol, Pembroke East 
Officers and BMCEMS responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, was assessed by BMCEMS, who determined transport to the hospital was not necessary. 

Saturday, Nov. 17,10:37 p.m. | Alcohol, Erdman Hall 
While responding to a call, a Campus Safety Officer observed an ill, intoxicated student. The student was assessed by BMCEMS. It was determined the student could be watched over by a friend throughout the night. 

Saturday, Nov. 17,11:46 p.m. | Alcohol, Pembroke East 
Officers and BMCEMS responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill subject. The subject, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness and identified as a Swarthmore student, will return to Swarthmore with a friend by UBER. 

Saturday, Nov. 17,11:47 p.m. | Alcohol, Pembroke East 
Officers and BMCEMS responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, was transported by Narberth Ambulance to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment. 

Saturday, Nov. 17,11:47 p.m. | Alcohol, Pembroke East 
Officers responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill subject. The subject, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness and identified as a Villanova student, will return to Villanova with a friend by UBER. 

Saturday, Nov. 17,11:26 p.m. | Disturbance, Merion Ave. 
Officers responded to the Blue Bus on the report of a fight on the bus. All riders were instructed to exit the bus. The riders were permitted back on the bus after order was restored and the driver continued on his/her route to Haverford College. 

Sunday, Nov. 18, 12:05 a.m. | Alcohol/Party Suspended, Pembroke East 
Campus Safety observed numerous intoxicated students attending the East vs. West party. The party was shut down and attendees were instructed to leave the area. A Lower Merion Police Officer, who was on scene with Narberth Ambulance personnel, remained at the location until the area was clear. 

Sunday, Nov. 18, 12:10 a.m. | Alcohol, Pembroke East 
Officers and BMCEMS responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, will have a friend stay with her for the night.

Officers and BMCEMS responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, will have a friend stay with her for the night.

Officers and BMCEMS responded to Pembroke East on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, will have a friend stay with her for the night.

Officers responded to the Pagoda Building on the report of a staff member being verbally harassed. 

Monday, Nov. 19,  1 p.m. | Information Received, New Gulph Rd. 
Officers responded to New Gulph Rd. on the report of a subject in the roadway impeding traffic. Lower Merion Police responded and spoke to the individual.

Monday, Nov. 19, 1:07 p.m. | Medical, Park Science
Officers responded to the Park Science building on the report that a student had fallen.  The student declined medical attention.

Monday, Nov. 19, 9:14 p.m. | Alarm/Animal Incident, Helfarian
Officers responded to Helfarian on the report that a motion detector alarm had activated.  Investigation determined the alarm was tripped by a bat that had gotten in the building. The bat was contained to one room and Facilities Services notified.

Tuesday, Nov. 20, 7:44 p.m. | Medical, Merion Hall
A Campus Safety Officer provided first aid to a resident student who had sustained minor cuts/abrasions to her hand.

Wednesday, Nov. 21, 1:52 p.m. | Information, Erdman Hall
Officers responded to the exterior of Erdman Hall on the report of a subject taking photographs. The subject was identified as an architect.

Thursday, Nov. 22, 10:12 p.m. | Medical, Erdman Hall
A family member visiting a resident Bryn Mawr College student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Officers responded to the Merion Lot on the report of a traffic accident. A student operating a College-owned golf cart struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle. No injuries; information exchanged.

Tuesday, Nov. 27, 1:09 p.m. | Fire Alarm, Pembroke East
Officers responded to Pembroke East on the report of a Fire Alarm activation. Investigation determined the alarm was caused when burnt food was placed in a trashcan creating a smoky condition.

Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2:39 p.m. | Medical, Old Library
Officers responded to the Old Library on the report of an ill student. The student was transported by Narberth Ambulance to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Tuesday, Nov. 27, 6:37 p.m. | Burglary, Rhoads Hall
A resident student reports her unlocked room was entered. Cash and numerous items were taken. Lower Merion Police responded and a report was filed.

Thursday, Nov. 29, 4:38 p.m. | Vehicle Booted, Radnor Lot
A vehicle was booted in the Radnor Lot when it was found to have numerous unpaid parking citations.

Friday, Nov. 30, 4:38 p.m. | Traffic Accident, Radnor Lot
A staff member reports her unoccupied, personal vehicle sustained damage while parked in the Radnor Lot between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. A note was left by the responsible party. Information exchanged.

Saturday, Dec. 1, 9:08 p.m. | Check on Well-Being, Pembroke East
Officers conducted a well-being check on a resident student. A note was left for the student who contacted Campus Safety a short time later. The student contacted the concerned party.

Saturday, Dec. 1, 10:45 p.m. | Drug, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to Rockefeller Hall on the report of an ill student. The student, who had consumed marijuana brownies, was assessed by BMCEMS and will have a friend stay with her for the night.

Sunday, Dec. 2, 3 a.m. | Alcohol, Rockefeller Hall
Officers responded to Rockefeller Hall on the report of an ill student. The student, who was suffering from an alcohol related illness, was assessed by BMCEMS and transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital by Narberth Ambulance.
