Change requires creativity and courage. It takes resilience and perseverance. This has been especially true during the pandemic. We’ve witnessed tremendous civic unrest, responded to the call for increasing equity, and wrestled with economic instability.
We created Building Organizational Resilience During Times of Change to support your leadership journey as you guide your organization through periods of major transition and change. During this series, we will explore together what you learned and how to apply that wisdom to new opportunities and challenges.
We offer training in core skills that are critical to your organization’s long-term sustainability - in strategic planning, Board development, and finance. We ask you to examine and expand your practices in strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion across all elements of your organization.
Our faculty have years of experience in their respective fields and a deep understanding of the realities of nonprofit life. They encourage innovation and experimentation.
