This is the training program many have been requesting. Learn and develop mastery in the techniques of this powerful new model for resolving the “core fear” and “chief defense” that build our personality, distort our perception and create anxiety. A completely new approach to working with anxiety disorders, this model demonstrates that fear is at the root of all suffering. Therefore, in becoming skillful with these techniques, we not only find a key to resolving anxiety, but open a door to vastly expanded meaning, purpose and fulfillment. A highly experiential, multi-media presentation, this training will give you all the tools needed to apply the model in your practice and your life for dramatically accelerated results.
”Deconstructing Anxiety” proposes a model that explains the anxiety at the source of all human suffering. It defines 5 “core fears”, universal themes of loss, that each of us, regardless of culture or background, buy into, and demonstrates that they apply to all of us equally.
Upon completion of this two day training, participants will be able to: 1) define the core fear/chief defense model of how anxiety is created; 2) master the techniques for quickly finding the core fear and chief defense of their clients; 3) master the techniques for “doing the opposite” of the chief defense and resolving anxiety; 4) apply the principle of “resisting resistance” for maximum effectiveness with these tools; 5) develop strategies for continuity of results in clients’ everyday lives.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practice in all practice settings, as well as, those interested in their own personal development.
