Spring Budgeting

All clubs who wish to receive funding this semester from SGA must attend one of two budgets workshops.  Failure to attend will result in no funding.

Workshops will be held: Friday January 22nd at 3PM in Thomas 110 and Sunday January 24th at 11AM in Thomas 110.

The treasurer of a club should attend. If there are scheduling conflicts any other executive board member may attend and relay that information to theclub treasurer.

All clubs budgets are due Friday, January 29th at 5PM.  This includes the electronic copy, the hard copies submitted at the SGA House, and signing up for interviews.  More information will be given out during the workshops.

Students who participate in campus life opportunities outside the classroom discover an ideal learning laboratory for gaining essential personal and professional skills such as analysis, decision making, time management, communication, delegation, motivation, problem solving, and budgeting. Service to the College community through student activities is personally rewarding and provides opportunities to meet other students, develop relationships, promote change on campus and explore new interests.

The Student Activities Office serves as a resource for students in leadership development and program planning. The office plans and implements programs during the academic year to draw diverse groups of students together, processes student contract requests and trains students on the contract process. We are here to help your organization.
