Bryn Mawr College

Throughout our history, Bryn Mawr College has demonstrated its passion for scholarship and social responsibility. The philosophy and practice of our Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research reflects our Quaker roots, our deep concern for oppressed or marginalized people, and our commitment to transforming the world for the better.

In 2004, we founded the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute in direct response to nonprofit executives who called for an intensive leadership development programs.

Our goals are to:

• Strengthen individual leadership performance in the nonprofit and public sectors;
• Help nonprofit organizations improve their performance in order to create meaningful change for the people they serve; and
• Develop strong peer communities that share creative solutions with one another and help one another persevere amid great challenges.
