FALL CONVOCATION TO BE HELD MONDAY, AUG. 30

On Monday, Aug. 30, from 8:30-9:30 a.m., Bryn Mawr will inaugurate a fresh new academic year with its annual Fall Convocation. This gathering of the community to reflect on the rewards and challenges of the tasks ahead offers a prime opportunity to refresh old friendships with colleagues.

Joining President Nancy J. Vickers on the dais will be co-Dean of the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research Raymond Albert, Dean of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Dale Kinney, Provost Ralph Kuncl, Dean of the Undergraduate College Karen Tidmarsh, and Haverford College President Thomas R. Tritton. The President's Office has asked that offices and departments close to the extent possible so that all members of the community who are not engaged in essential tasks can attend.
