| BI-CO STUDENT DANCE CONCERT OFFERS VARIETY
Bryn Mawr and Haverford students will show off their terpsichorean talents next weekend at the annual Fall Student Dance Concert, titled Falling Up. This annual Bi-College event, now in its 14th year, is produced, directed, choreographed and staged entirely by students. Performances will be at 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, and at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, in Marshall Auditorium at Haverford. The concert is free and open to the public; light refreshments will be served during intermission.
The fall concert, which is financed by student-government funding, "provides a unique opportunity for Bryn Mawr and Haverford dancers to showcase their own choreography and dancing," says Anna Gordon '07, who is co-directing the event with Jenna Higgins '07. She promises spectators "a wide variety of styles including classical Indian, Irish step dancing, ballet, jazz and hip-hop."
