DIVERSITY CONVERSATIONS CONTINUE WITH PRAXIS TALK

The series of bi-weekly Friday conversations on topics related to diversity will rev into gear again this week with "Engagement with Community and Diversity Through Praxis," a discussion facilitated by Praxis Program Director Nell Anderson and Dean of Intercultural Affairs Christopher MacDonald-Dennis.

Diversity Conversations, sponsored by the Dean's Office, the Office of Intercultural Affairs, the Center for Science in Society, the Center for Ethnicities, Communities and Social Policy and the Program in Gender and Sexuality, take place on alternate Fridays at noon in the Multicultural Center; lunch is provided. All members of the campus community are welcome to participate. Topics for this semester include poverty, stereotypes and service; occupational identity; Bi-College relations; diversity and choice of friends; and religious diversity. For a full schedule, see http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/sci_cult/diversity/frinoon.html .
