| APRIL FITNESS MONTH OFFERS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
April Fitness Month, the Department of Athletics and Physical Education's annual effort to get Bryn Mawr students, faculty and staff moving, offers a full schedule of activities for people at all levels of fitness, starting Monday, April 3. New programs this year include power walks with Track Coach Dan Talbot (in addition to more moderately paced campus walks led by various members of the Athletic Department staff), aerobic kickboxing and perhaps the most tempting: 10-minute chair massages by a certified massage therapist every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. Those who participate will be rewarded with t-shirt and gym-towel giveaways.

Fitness Classes and Activities:
- Kickboxing — Mondays and Wednesdays, 12-1 p.m., in the Fitness Center. The class will start with basic movements and advance with the class skill. Participants should bring water and a towel.
- Campus Walks — Mondays and Tuesdays, 12-1 p.m., starting at Schwartz Gym. Faculty and staff from the Department of Physical Education and Athletics will lead campus walks to get hearts pumping and blood flowing.
- Power Walks — Thursdays, 12-1 p.m. BMC Track Coach Dan Talbot will offer faster-paced campus walks. Starting line at the Schwartz gymnasium lobby.
- Yoga — Tuesday and Friday mornings, 7:45-8:45 a.m., Schwartz Gym. Participant should bring mats, water and towel.
- Stretch and Relaxation Class — Linda Caruso-Haviland is offering this class on April 7, 12-12:45 p.m., in Pembroke Dance Studio. Participants should bring water and a towel.
Sports for Fun and Fitness:
- Badminton — Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 12-1 p.m., Schwartz Gym.
- Basketball — Mondays and Thursdays, 12-1 p.m., Schwartz Gym.
- Masters' Swim — Monday through Friday, 6:30-7:30 p.m., Schwartz Gymnasium Pool. Contact Coach Judy Wolfe, x7349, for information.
