| FACULTY AUTHORS TO BE CELEBRATED TUESDAY
The faculty-author reception has become a tradition of sharing the scholarship and publishing success of Bryn Mawr's prolific faculty authors. Each spring the community gathers in the Rare Book Room to celebrate the books of the faculty and to hear a few words about the research and writing of their publications. This year, the event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 11; a wine and cheese reception will begin at 4:30 p.m., and the authors will be asked to share a few words about their books around 5 p.m. The Bookshop will partner with The Friends of the Library to sponsor this event and will make available for purchase the titles to be celebrated.
This year's celebrated authors are:
Raymond Albert
Social Welfare Programs: Narratives from Hard Times
Leslie B. Alexander
