Leslie Rescorla, a professor of psychology and director of the Child Study Institute and the Thorne Early Childhood Programs, will take the helm of the Katharine Houghton Hepburn Center for the next two years.

The 2007-08 Performing Arts Series continues on Friday, Sept. 28, with a multimedia dance-theater work by acclaimed choreographer Yin Mei. She and her company will perform Nomad: The River at 8 p.m. in Goodhart Theater.

Former U.S. Poet Laureate Richard Wilbur to Read

Richard Wilbur, the only living American poet to have been awarded the Pulitzer Prize for poetry two times, will be reading from his work at Bryn Mawr College on Thursday, Sept., 27 at 7:30 p.m., in the Ely Room of the Wyndham Alumnae House.
