NSF Awards Grant to Bryn Mawr and Spelman Colleges to Increase Number of Women in Mathematics

The National Science Foundation announced it will invest $1.1 million in EDGE, a program founded and led by Bryn Mawr Professor of Mathematics Rhonda Hughes and Spelman College Professor of Mathematics Sylvia Bozeman.

Undergraduate Curators to Discuss Medieval Manuscripts at Opening of Exhibition January 31

The spring exhibition in Canaday Library, Intimate Devotion: The Book of Hours in Medieval Religious Practice, will feature some of Bryn Mawr's medieval manuscripts and an extraordinary group of novice curators.

Assistant Track Coach Delilah DiCrescenzo Gracefully Endures a Wave of Media Attention

Not only is she an Olympic hopeful; she's also the inspiration for the Grammy-nominated song "Hey There, Delilah." On Wednesday, Jan. 23, DiCrescenzo appeared on NBC's Today show. The Today Web site offers streaming video of the story and interview.

Goodhart Renovation Plan Approved By Historical Commision, Township

The exterior of the building was restored in 1998, and Goodhart, which is the primary performing-arts facility for the College, is one of 10 structures cited in the Lower Merion Conservancy's "Hall of Fame" of historic buildings.
