OneCard is the official identification card for Bryn Mawr & Haverford Colleges. OneCard uses innovative technology to provide easy and direct access to Bi-College resources. Although they look different, OneCard gives quick and easy access to money, meal plan and facilities across the Haverford/Bryn Mawr network.
Students are expected to carry their official identification card at all times on campus, and can be used to identify themselves to Campus Safety or other officials when requested.
Campus Cash (Bryn Mawr Bucks and Haverbucks) is a prepaid declining balance account accessed with your OneCard that works like a debit card. Users can deposit funds into their Campus Cash Account online or at Campus OneCard offices. Purchases are deducted from accounts and transactions are recorded in the OneCard database. Account balances can be checked at any cash register on campus and transaction records can be checked at Dining Services admininstration offices on both campuses or by using the online GET website.
Refunds from Campus Cash accounts are only refundable when a student or employee officially separates from the college. Account holders must have a minimum balance of $25 to be issued a refund.
