The Registrar's Office maintains the permanent academic records of all students. In addition, the Registrar's office is responsible for academic registration, classroom scheduling, issuing official transcripts, transfer credit, certifications of enrollment, ordering diplomas and producing the Course Guide.
The Registrar's Office also prepares cases for review by the Undergraduate Academic Council and enforces the Faculty Rules and the stated policies and procedures of the Undergraduate Academic Council and Curriculum Committee.
