Toni Mandelbaum is a clinical social worker in private practice in Philadelphia with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She completed her B.A. in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, her M.S.W. at Columbia University, and her Ph.D. in social work at Bryn Mawr College.
