2. A Library with a View

Collier Science Library was recently reopened after being updated as part of the Park Science Building renovation project. Visitors are greeted with a new entry ramp and seating area that provides access to the library and seating for students overlooking the Park Science courtyard. The library was reconfigured by removing compact shelving to create new open study space for students. Views have been opened throughout the space, and additional seating looks out onto Merion Green. A high-tech classroom and three study rooms were also added as part of the work.

3. Project Digicomm

Bryn Mawr College is embarking on a digital communications ecosystem redevelopment project, called “Project Digicomm” for short. The project is designed to shape the way we share information, access resources, and communicate online as a community. Through this work, the campus community is co-developing our campus’ digital communications spaces. A project team consisting of leadership from the Office of Communications and Marketing and Library and Information Technology will guide the overall process, along with a project committee representing Student Success, Career and Civic Engagement, Admissions, Educational and Scholarly Technology, and other offices.
