GSAS Supplemental Funding
GSAS Ph.D. students may apply for funding for conference presentations, research travel, language study, workshop attendance, and other such activities that support their professional development. There are three opportunities across the academic year to apply: First Round, Second Round, and Third Round (Last Call). First Round and Second Round are for activities taking place during the academic year and are processed as a reimbursement. Third Round (Last Call) is for activities taking place between April 12th and August 31st, and is processed as an advance.
2026-2027 Deadlines
Oct 5: First Round applications due by 5 p.m.
Feb 1: Second Round applications due by 5 p.m.
Apr 1: Third Round (Last Call) applications due by 5 p.m.
