The students in our class of 2016-17 range in age from 22 to 34 years.

The 2016-17 class graduated from 53 different colleges and universities. Of these,
17 attended small liberal-arts colleges
22 attended Ivy League institutions
37 attended large universities
2 attended U.S. military academies
11 have graduate degrees
Professional and Life Experience
Overall, the 2016-17 class has broad and diverse experience in a variety of fields, including teaching, research, medical services, financial services, engineering, the arts, and law. There are members of the postbac class who have served in the Peace Corps, Teach for America, and AmeriCorps. The class includes 4 veterans and there are several certified EMTs. This class includes a postbac who was a Fulbright Scholar, another who was a NIH IRTA Fellow, and another who was a Global Health Fellow. Many students have had significant professional or volunteer experience abroad.
