As the Bryn Mawr campus community grapples with the past and present realities of race and racism on our campus, it has launched the critical work of education, dialogue, and institutional change that will form the basis of the institution it wishes to be.
While concerns about race and racism were the primary catalyst for this effort, building a more inclusive community requires that the College's analysis and actions consider all forms of exclusion rooted in social and cultural identities and their intersections. The College affirms its core commitment to diversity in all its forms and to recognizing the excellence and richness that those diversities create for all people in its learning environment.
