Panel and Dinner: Addressing Anti-Blackness in Muslim Communities

Join this event by Bryn Mawr's African and Caribbean Students Organization (BACaSO) and Muslim Students' Association (MSA) for panel with the goal of acknowledging the often-ignored problem of anti-blackness within Muslim communities. The aim is to discuss why this anti-blackness exists, and how we can work together to combat the issue.

BACaSo and MSA also want to recognize the many ways Black Muslims in the US and around the world are making real change in their communities, and maintain a space that celebrates and validates' Black Muslim experiences. Get ready to eat some delicious food, hear from brilliant speakers, and learn about incredible Black Muslim narratives.

Halal dinner will be served. This event is open to the public.
