Assistant Professor of Psychology Thomas P. Le has been selected as a 2024 Early Career Scholar with the Center for Research on College-Workforce Transitions (CCWT). He is one of only three professors selected for the Early Career Scholar Program. The 12-month program builds leadership skills, community, and scholarship to promote career development for early career faculty members and researchers.
"In this work we amplify the voices and interests of all students, especially those historically marginalized in higher education, with the ultimate aim to facilitate institutional and societal change," the CCWT writes.
