Bryn Mawr College's students hail from all around the country (and world), so surely there are fans of every National Football League team represented on campus, including the New England Patriots, Super Bowl LVII foes of the hometown Philadelphia Eagles.
But students, faculty, and staff can't help but be swept up in the excitement as the city celebrates its first ever Super Bowl title, with events including a Super Bowl pep rally (with cake and prizes!) on the Friday before the big game in the Campus Center Main Lounge. As you can see, the famed statue of Athena also got in the spirit this week (and in case you're wondering, the helmet wouldn't quite fit on her head).
An Eagles parade-watching event is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, in the Campus Center, with refreshments, fan gear, and plenty of celebrating planned.
