Emily Rose on her Bryn Mawr experience: "When I came to visit Bryn Mawr, I instantly knew this was where I wanted to be. I was interested in math, science, and languages, and I loved French. But a philosophy course resonated, and I so I decided to major in both! The encouragement, the openness, and the sheer pleasure of intelligent talk, with peers and faculty both, are intrinsic and to be found everywhere in this extraordinary place! It has been everything I could have envisioned, and more—as my capacity to discover the joy of learning has grown with every course. Bryn Mawr has shaped me in ways I never thought possible, and has shown me what will always matter in the ever-changing, always exciting, world ahead. In veritatem dilexi and Anassa kata Bryn Mawr!"
