Class of 2019: Joy Rukanzakanza

Post-graduation plans: Joy will be returning to BlackRock Inc. in New York, where she interned as a technology analyst in the Aladdin Client Services division last summer.

Joy on her Bryn Mawr experience: “Bryn Mawr has taught me respect, tolerance, patience, love perseverance, confidence and most importantly how to speak out in situations of injustice. Over the past four years, I have established long lasting connections with a network of diverse yet powerful women from all across the globe, and from our interactions developed some hard and soft skills I hope to continue practicing post Bryn Mawr.”
