Key Bryn Mawr Experiences: Research in Dr. Tamara Davis’ lab, Biology Major Representative, Peer Tutor
Hometown: Herndon, VA
Post-graduation plans: I will be starting a post-baccalaureate research fellowship at the NIH. The lab I will be working in uses chemical approaches to understand how metabolism influences epigenetic signaling in cancer.
People you want to thank: I would like to thank Dr. Tamara Davis for all of her mentorship and encouragement. Dr. Davis’ guidance during my time at Bryn Mawr has been invaluable and I am so grateful that I was able to be a member of her lab. I would also like to thank Dr. Monica Chander and Dr. Lisa Watkins for their support and mentorship over the past few years. Finally, I would like to thank Dr. Peter Brodfuehrer for believing in me early on in my undergraduate career, which gave me the confidence to pursue biology as a major at Bryn Mawr.
