Dear faculty and staff colleagues,
I am writing to provide an update regarding our leadership transition within the Finance and Administration division. We are preparing to launch a comprehensive search for our next leader in this area shortly and are confident in the strong team we have in place to guide us through this period.
In the interim, Tijana Stefanovic has stepped into the role of interim vice president for finance, with continued support from our experienced Senior Staff for our administrative units. We are also fortunate to have Katy Longley, who will serve as a senior consultant during this time. Katy brings a wealth of expertise to Bryn Mawr, having served as the Senior Vice President for Finance & Administration and Treasurer at Bowdoin College for 14 years, as well as holding executive leadership roles at The Jackson Laboratory.
Also, our Chief Human Resources Officer, Jill Walsh, is now reporting to me as a vice president and has joined the Senior Staff team.
The College remains on a strong financial foundation, supported by robust administrative capacities that ensure our ongoing stability. As we look toward the future with confidence, we remain steadfast in our current commitments and strategic planning, and we look forward to introducing a new colleague to the community this summer.
