Gabrielle Farrell '12 Named Spokesperson for Senator Elizabeth Warren Campaign

The Bay State Banner is reporting that Gabrielle Farrell '12, will serve as an official spokesperson for U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts throughout her 2018 re-election campaign. She previously worked in the administration of Boston Mayor Marty Walsh.

Farrell grew up in Mattapan and upon receiving a full-tuition scholarship from the Posse Foundation, she attended Bryn Mawr College, earning a bachelor’s degree in French and Political Science. After college, she landed her first job at Project Bread, which stewards The Walk for Hunger, managing communications and external affairs.

Later, she joined the Walsh Administration in March 2014 as the mayor’s press assistant and progressed into the role of an associate press secretary. In 2016, Mayor Walsh and Boston Public Schools Superintendent Tommy Chang appointed Farrell as Deputy Chief of Staff of Communications for Boston Public Schools.
