New comms. resources available now

October 19, 2026

The below message was sent to faculty and staff on October 19, 2026.

Dear faculty and staff colleagues,

As part of our ongoing effort to improve the ways that faculty and staff can depict our campus and the amazing work that happens here, the Office of Communications and Marketing has posted some new online resources that are available now on our institutional positioning resources page:

  • Our updated Bryn Mawr PowerPoint template is available for all your on- and off-campus presenting needs.  Users will find it easier than before to substitute photos on new slide templates. Download the latest version today.
  • Looking for photography to represent Bryn Mawr College? Photoshelter is an online photography database where you can download royalty-free images taken by staff and freelance photographers.  If you have a frequent need to use new photography, please sign up for a Photoshelter training session.
  • The resources page also contains other items like business cards, paper and digital letterhead, our email signature generator, nametag ordering instructions, Zoom and desktop backgrounds, and more.

  • For those who use our graphic design elements, we have added new options:
    • Three new graphic patterns inspired by the architecture of the Park Science building, Pembroke Hall, and Taylor Hall.
    • An architectural motif of a Taylor Hall stained glass window.
    • A new horizontal arch architectural frame.
    • And a new Publisher's Mark (a book) will be added later this week.
