11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.	Tradition Meets Tomorrow: Shining Bryn Mawr’s Light Across a Lifetime Join President Wendy Cadge as she discusses Bryn Mawr’s Next Chapter.
12:15 - 1:45 p.m.	Making an Impact at Bryn Mawr and Beyond Join us in celebrating the exciting summer internships and research experiences of Bryn Mawr students. Stop by to hear directly from over 100 students and 50 faculty mentors about their work, discoveries, and connections from campus to communities around the world, from environmental justice to financial technology, and across a wide range of fields and academic disciplines. Come hear their stories and study their posters, connect with the Bryn Mawr community, and grab a quick lunch from our food trucks!
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.	Faculty Talks (2 sessions) The faculty talks are modeled after popular TED talks. In these separate and concurrent sessions, you have an opportunity to hear from two of our faculty, presenting for 15-20 minutes each, with ample time for questions and answers. Presenters at Session A are Aytug Sasmaz, Assistant Professor of Political Science and Alicia Walker, Professor of History of Art. Presenters at Session B are Jennie Bradbury, Associate Professor of Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology and Anjali Thapar, Professor of Psychology and Director of Bi-Co Neuroscience Program.
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.	Campus Grounds Tour
3:45 – 4:45 p.m.	Pathways in Practice Join faculty members, students, and alumnae/i for a spirited conversation centering around a STEM-focused Pathways in Practice program to learn how classroom learning translates to professional and personal success at Bryn Mawr.
3:45 – 4:45 p.m.	Faculty Talks The faculty talks are modeled after popular TED talks. Presenters at this session are Don Barber, Associate Professor of Geology and Environmental Studies on the Harold Alderfer Chair in Environmental Studies and Veronica Montes, Associate Professor and Chair of Sociology and Co-Director of Latin American, Iberian, and Latina/o Studies.
4:30 – 6:00 p.m.	Welcome Reception Mingle with other Owls Fest attendees and the campus community. The portrait unveiling of President Emerita Kim Cassidy will take place at 5:15 p.m.
5:30- 6:30 p.m.	Shabbat Service and Reception Join us for Shabbat in the Student Life and Wellness Building. Kosher food will be available. Space is limited.
5:30-7:00 p.m.	Dinner in the Dining Halls Join students for dinner, compliments of Dining Services and Alumnae/i Relations and Development.
7:30 - 9:00 p.m.	Shakespeare Performance Troupe Enjoy a revue of Shakespeare scenes acted and directed by SPT's members!
7:30-8:30 p.m.	Dance Showcase and More Enjoy the diverse artistic talents of our students and alumnae/i as each performs a sampling of their skills, ranging from individual dance and music to cultural expressions.
7:30 - 8:30 p.m.	Screening of Love Letters Documentary All are welcome to view this documentary featuring, esteemed professor and feminist scholar, Kate Stimpson '58, as she recounts her LGBTQIA+ journey when living openly and loving unapologetically was a radical act.
9:00-10:00 p.m.	Desserts in the Cloisters See the “Don’t Forget to Remember (Me)” monument lit up and enjoy a sweet treat!

Saturday, October 24

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.	Owls Fest Registration
9:30 -10:30 a.m.	Campus Bird Walk Join Neha Sood (Sustainability), Dirk Kinsey (Faculty, Growth and Structure of Cities), Tom Kirby (student, post-baccalaureate program) and other nature enthusiasts on campus for a morning bird walk. Attendees will learn about the birds that call Bryn Mawr College home. Guests are encouraged to bring their own binoculars, but a few pairs will be available to share.
9:30 -10:30 a.m.	Academic Exploration and Success Join the class deans for a discussion on exploring academic interests and creating the best roadmap to graduation.

1:30 - 4:00 p.m.	Celebrating 250 Years: Exploring Historic Philadelphia Choose from one of three sites to celebrate our nation’s 250 birthday: a visit to the Museum of the American Revolution OR The National Constitution Center OR Independence National Historical Park. Attendance is limited to 30 at each location, buses leave from the campus at 1:30pm and will return by 4:30pm. Tickets will be provided for entrance to the site, all with displays and exhibits focusing on our 250 years.

1:30-3:30 p.m.	Family and Friends Fun Time Gather friends and family members for an afternoon of crafts, including pumpkin decorating, lantern picture painting, and knitting. Pumpkins and paint supplies provide, byo knitting supplies!
2:30-3:30 p.m.	2027 Bryn Mawr College International Forum Preview Stop by and learn more details about the 2027 International Forum in Tokyo, Japan October 15-17! Hear from alumnae/i who attended past Forums; all members of the Bryn Mawr community are invited to join us at this session and in Tokyo.
2:30-3:30 p.m.	Celebrating GSSWSR Scholarship Join faculty and alumnae/i from Bryn Mawr’s Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research for a conversation about health and mental health across the lifespan. Hear how social work scholarship informs practice and makes a difference in people’s lives. Our panelists will explore work with children and families, the well-being of college-aged young adults, and the opportunities and challenges of aging. Whether you’re a social work alum, an undergraduate alum, or a parent, this session offers an accessible look at the GSSWSR. Come learn how Bryn Mawr research and practice are helping to support healthier individuals, families, and communities.
