Friday, October 23

10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.	Family Portraits No registration required. First come, first serve.
10:30-11:30 a.m.	Campus Tour: Architecture of the College
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.	Faculty Talks (2 sessions) The faculty talks are modeled after popular TED talks. In these separate and concurrent session, you have an opportunity to hear from two of our faculty, presenting for 15-20 minutes each, with ample time for questions and answers.
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.	Campus Grounds Tour
3:45 – 4:45 p.m.	Pathways in Practice Join faculty members, students, and alumnae/i for a spirited conversation centering around a STEM-focused Pathways in Practice program to learn how classroom learning translates to professional and personal success at Bryn Mawr.
3:45 – 4:45 p.m.	Faculty Talks The faculty talks are modeled after popular TED talks. In this session, you have an opportunity to hear from two of our faculty, presenting for 15-20 minutes each, with ample time for questions and answers.
4:30 – 6:00 p.m.	Welcome Reception Mingle with other Owls Fest attendees and the campus community.
5:30- 6:30 p.m.	Shabbat Service and Reception Join us for Shabbat in the Student Life and Wellness Building. Kosher food will be available. Space is limited.
5:30-7:00 p.m.	Dinner in the Dining Halls Join students for dinner, compliments of Dining Services and Alumnae/i Relations and Development.
9:00-10:00 p.m.	Desserts in the Cloisters See the “Don’t Forget to Remember (Me)” monument lit up and enjoy a sweet treat!

Saturday, October 24
8:00-9:30 a.m.	Run, Jump, or Throw with the Cross Country and Track & Field Team
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.	Owls Fest Registration
9:30 -10:15 a.m.	Deans Discussion
10:00 – 11:15 a.m.	Information Session for Alumnae/i Volunteers

1:00-2:30 p.m.	Soccer vs Washington College Help us celebrate the Owls Next Fan Zone seating section. Celebrate with snacks and Athletics swag!
1:30-2:15 p.m.	Alum Volunteer Sessions (three concurrent sessions) Bring Mawrters Together: Creating a Bryn Mawr Community Where You Live Don't miss the F-U-N in Fundraising! Creating Important Connections
1:30-2:30 p.m.	Black at Bryn Mawr Tour Student guides on this walking tour bring to light the previously hidden stories and experiences of African-American students, staff and faculty of the College.
2:30-3:30 p.m.	2027 Bryn Mawr College International Forum Preview Stop by and learn more details about the 2027 International Forum in Tokyo, Japan October 15-17! Hear from alumnae/i who attended past Forums; all members of the Bryn Mawr community are invited to join us at this session and in Tokyo.
2:30-3:30 p.m.	Celebrating GSSWSR Scholarship Hear from a faculty member from the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.
2:30-3:30 p.m.	Campus Tour: Architecture of the College Students from the Growth and Structure of Cities program will highlight the most architecturally and historically signiﬁcant buildings on campus and will detail the evolution of spaces since the founding of the College.
2:30-3:30 p.m.	Tapestry BIPOC Tea Join fellow alumnae/i of color for a joyful gathering with light refreshments and learn more about upcoming events as well as opportunities to get involved.
3:30-4:30 p.m.	Alumnae/i LGBTQIA+ Gathering Gather with fellow LGBTQIA+ alumnae/i and allies to connect, catch up, and enjoy a fun flowerpot decorating and planting activity.
8:00-9:30 p.m.	Student Ensembles Concert Enjoy a concert that showcases some of our bi-college musical talent with Bi-Co Chamber Singers and Groups, Bi-Co Orchestra Chamber Groups, Bryn Mawr a’cappella groups.
