We are excited to introduce Owls Fest as our new signature event. Owls Fest combines the traditions of Homecoming, Volunteer Summit, and Family & Friends Weekend, as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community at Bryn Mawr College. What to Expect at Owls Fest
Owls Fest is held on campus and offers a variety of engaging activities and programming for the entire college community, including students, alumnae/i, families, friends, faculty, and staff. Highlights include:
- Welcome and Reception with President Cassidy
- Student Summer Internship Project Presentations
- A Dialogue between President Cassidy and New Dean of the Undergraduate College Karlene Burrell-McRae
- Faculty Talks
- Wellness & Welcome: Resources for Equity and Belonging
- The S’more the Merrier: Athletics Pep Rally
- Career and Civic Engagement Center Panel and Resource Tables
- Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research (GSSWSR) Alumni Reception and Continuing Education Lecture
- Bryn Mawr Field Hockey vs McDaniel College
- Dessertapalooza: Dessert food trucks
- Cocktail Reception and Presentation of the 2023-2024 Alumnae/i Volunteer Service Awards Winners
- Bi-Co Student Concert: Orchestra, Choir, and A Cappella performances
