Onboarding
- "Preparing to Teach in the Bi-Co: Critical Reflection, Co-Creation, and Community"
- Summer faculty development workshop series open to all new tenure-track and interim faculty at Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College
- New Faculty Orientation
First-Year Support
- New Faculty Pedagogy Seminar
- Semester-long pedagogical seminars offered as an option to all incoming tenure-track and continuing faculty members
- Teaching Talks
- Weekly virtual series offered as an option to all visiting faculty at Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College
Ongoing Support
- Students as Learners and Teachers Program (SaLT)
- One-on-one, semester-long partnerships between a faculty member and an undergraduate student who is not currently enrolled in the faculty member’s course; can be linked to Faculty Pedagogy Seminars or be free-standing
- Promising Pedagogies Series
- Weekly drop-in sessions showcasing the pedagogical expertise and innovation of the Bi-Co community
- Renewed Purpose Seminar
- Semester-long pedagogical seminars for mid-career faculty—associate professors and CNTT faculty who have been at the colleges for five or so years.
