Promising Pedagogies Series

The Promising Pedagogy Series is designed to showcase the wealth of pedagogical expertise and innovation present in the Bi-Co. Each session, facilitated by members of the Bi-Co community and open to all, features a promising pedagogy around which faculty or staff members in the Bi-Co have expertise. 

When and Where?

Unless otherwise specified, sessions will be held Fridays from 12-1 pm in Room 205 B/C of the Whitehead Campus Center on Haverford's Campus. An option to Zoom-in will also be offered.

September 4: Co-creating the classroom environment: Rules, guidelines, or aspirations?

September 18: Conceptualizing and facilitating classroom engagement: Inviting student “contribution” rather that “participation”

December 11: Identifying pedagogical priorities for spring semester
