Conversation: Chef Neftalí Duran and Food Justice

Neftalí, born in Mexico but now living in Holyoke, Massachussetss, works with different communities teaching and promoting food justice. In his activist endeavors, Neftali wants to promote access to food and food justice to people of color (POC), specially for indigenous communities and young people. He is interested in moving forward with this movement, recognizing the importance of a feminist perspective that will empower all communities involved.
