As a Community Outreach Intern at Planned Parenthood, your duties will be to:
- Attend and staff information tables at key events
- Coordinate scheduling for outreach events and Planned Parenthood staff/volunteers who participate in outreach events
- Develop relationships with existing community organizations to increase community presence
- Keep monthly records of education and outreach activities
- Distribute fliers on college campuses, at local businesses and on community bulletin boards
- Other duties as assigned
This position is unpaid and requires a minimum of 3 to 5 hours per week, possibly including some evening and weekend hours.
