The Women's Community Revitalization Project & New Century Trust invite you to watch Ada for Mayor, a film that follows Ada Colau- an anti-eviction organizer- in the year leading up to her winning election campaign for Mayor of Barcelona. It is an inspiring and honest look at her attempt to feminize politics and the challenges that come with running for office while holding true to her activist roots. After the film screening there will be a brief panel and group discussion about the May 2019 primary election in Philadelphia and opportunities for people to get involved.
