Donate by Tuesday, February 23, Multiple locations

Do you have any personal care items that you can spare? Donate them to a helpful cause!

LILAC | Civic Engagement is collecting donations of personal care items to create free toiletry kits that will be distributed to PEC's clients. PEC is Pennsylvania’s oldest and most comprehensive agency serving homeless women, teen girls, and their children. PEC welcomes every person with a toiletry package, but they need your help in collecting the following items in any sizes:

Tampons/maxi pads, shampoo/conditioner, combs and brushes (hair care items),toothpaste and toothbrushes, soap (bar soap and/or body wash gel), lotion, deodorant, cotton balls/Q-tips, Vaseline, towels/wash cloths, baby wipes, baby oil, baby powder and baby wash

Donation boxes will be located in LILAC|Civic Engagement (Dolwen, Cambrian Row), the Campus Center foyer, and in Guild.

Faculty, staff, and student volunteers are also invited to help assemble these toiletry kits on Tuesday, February 23, as part of the College's Community Day of Learning programming. To participate in assembling, please register for the College's Community Day of Learning on this link, and choose “Toiletry Drive for People’s Emergency Center” for your first time slot. Questions?
