Last week, on a sunny June afternoon, staff gathered around tables covered with colorful, checked tablecloths to eat and catch up with colleagues from departments and offices across the campus for the College's annual staff picnic. The picnic is an opportunity for staff to celebrate the end of another academic year and honor their colleagues' achievements and years of service. This year, President Wendy Cadge, alongside Interim Assistant VP of Human Resources Candace Baer, handed out the awards.
"I talk often about Bryn Mawr shining its light. That’s an image and a reality that very much includes each of you. Bryn Mawr’s light could not shine brightly without its remarkable staff. Thank you for all that you do for this College, today and every day," said Wendy Cadge in her welcoming remarks.
