Meredith Scheiring '17 Receives 2016 Women in French Prize

Meredith Scheiring '17 has been awarded the 2016 Women in French Prize for her essay Soumise(s) ou révoltée(s) dans Une si longue lettre et L’Enfant de sable.

The group honors one undergraduate and one graduate essay each year. The awards are an opportunity to encourage and support future scholars in the field of French and Francophone Studies by recognizing outstanding work by students.

Meredith wrote her essay as part of Professor Grace Armstrong's course Voix médiévales et échos modernes.
