Radhika Iyengar-Emens '86 named a 2016 Woman of Influence

Radhika Iyengar-Emens '86 was named a 2016 Silicon Valley Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Radhika is CEO of Tanjah Partners, a boutique management consultancy focused on helping high technology companies bridge across markets globally. She provides strategic counsel to both Fortune 500 and emerging companies on strategic marketing, business strategy, international business expansion, and Silicon Valley fundraising. A serial entrepreneur who has co-founded two Silicon Valley high technology startups, Radhika serves as an advisor to startups as well as international accelerators. She’s also an expert in digital health, and advises various government-led programs focused on entrepreneurship in digital health and wearables. Passionate about women in technology and diversity, she is on the Advisory Board for Women in Technology International (WITI). As Co-President of the Bryn Mawr Northern California Alumni Club, she co-leads the Club's activities and, particularly, Bryn Mawr women in technology initiatives. Radhika has an MBA from Chapman University, and is a certified network engineer.​
