Steeped: The Chemistry of Tea, the new book by Professor of Chemistry Michelle Francl has made headlines across the globe and started what may be the greatest trans-Atlantic tea controversy since chests of it were tossed into Boston Harbor. In fact, things got so heated, that the U.S. embassy in London had to weigh in.
