Trees on Campus

From the majestic, champion Maidenhair (Ginkgo biloba) to the graceful, rosy Flowering Cherry (Prunus serrulata 'Kwanzan'), the trees on the Bryn Mawr campus are an integral and inspiring dimension of the campus experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. 

There are a few different ways to encounter and engage with the trees:

  • Come to campus, pick up a Tree Tour brochure at the front desk of the Gateway Building, and wander through the beautiful campus grounds using the brochure as a guide. Every tree on the tour has been labeled with the common name, Latin name, and a QR code that connects to the links below.
  • Visit the Living Campus map, which provides GPS coordinates and donor information for select trees (as well as benches and other campus features).
