Information for Faculty and Staff

Commencement Weekend this year is Friday, May 17, 2024, for the graduate ceremony and Saturday, May 18, 2024 for the undergraduate ceremony.

Faculty and Senior Administrative Staff wear the regalia of their highest earned degree. While many own their regalia, rental regalia is available for those participating in the ceremonies. Information will be sent to participating faculty about rental options.

Staff support the weekend activities in a variety of ways: catering, dining, housekeeping, facilities services, multimedia and campus safety all perform their normal duties while other staff volunteer as marshals and ushers. 

Commencement activities are held on Friday and Saturday each year.
