Name: Zarina Mehta

Major: Double major in Mathematics and International Studies

Hometown: Somerset, NJ

Post-graduation plans: I’m very excited to continue my academic journey and pursue a masters degree in Management Studies at Duke University.

People you want to thank: I am incredibly grateful for all the opportunities that Bryn Mawr offered. I am especially thankful for my supportive professors who encouraged me to persevere, even when times were tough. I never imagined that I would be graduating with a double major, and this would not have been possible without the guidance of Professors Leslie Cheng and Michael Allen. I also would like to thank all my incredibly caring friends at Bryn Mawr and Haverford. I’m beyond proud of all of us and can’t wait to see what we go on to accomplish! Lastly, I thank my parents and family for being my first and greatest supporters.

Key Bryn Mawr Experiences:

  • Afreen dance team
  • Math and International Studies Major Representative
  • Customs on Denbigh 2nd
  • Thrive Mentor
