As we prepare to welcome our first-year students and their loved ones to campus on Wednesday, August 26, please be aware of several parking restrictions and traffic flow changes scheduled that day from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To help make arrival and move-in as smooth and welcoming as possible for incoming families, please keep the following operational adjustments in mind: Traffic & Parking Restrictions *Merion Avenue Traffic: Merion Avenue will operate as a one-way street from Yarrow to Upper Gulph. *Merion/Radnor Lot: Closed to all faculty and staff parking for the entire day. *Gateway Lot: Very limited parking. Once filled, please use an alternate lot so we can reserve remaining spots for families arriving. *Erdman Lot: Limited parking available. Dining staff and operational teams are requested to utilize the lower Erdman lot. Recommended Alternative Parking Faculty and staff are encouraged to park in any of the following locations: *English House Lot *Arncliffe Lot (Parking will also be permitted along the driveway toward Perry Garden) *West House / Phebe Anna Thorne School Lot *Lower Ward lot *Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research Lot Schedule of Move-In Day Events 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Main Move-In): Check-in tent, key pickup, DJ, and festivities along Merion Green. 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Resource Fair along Taylor Drive. 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: College Welcome, Reception, and Farewell along Senior Row.
